Back in Balance Chiropractic is a Canberra chiropractic family wellness centre established in 2002. Canberra Chiropractor Dr Lynne Truong and her team is passionate about health, nutrition and taking care of patients of every age and occupation – from newborns, babies and children, to mums, dads, grandparents and athletes. We have a reputation for listening, caring, connecting and helping with unusual cases.
Sports Injuries and rehabilitation
We live and breathe Chiropractic wellness and we are all committed to staying fit. Dr Lynne Truong is a passionate windsurfer, wing foiler, skier and downhill mountain biker. Dr Kaitlin Clague has represented Australia in water polo and continues to play regularly. Our Remedial Massage Therapist, Vicki, is also a qualified Exercise Physiologist, Pilates Instructor, Cycling Coach and Bike Fitter. All our practitioners have a special interest in sports injuries, rehabilitation, fitness and training for the elite athlete or the weekend warriors.

If you know what kind of techniques you prefer please tell us, we are here to help you heal. Our Canberra Chiropractors are versed at manual adjustment techniques as well as gentle low force techniques and mind body techniques. These adjustments will assist with low back pain, headaches, migraines, sports injuries, pregnancy, paediatric care and your health and well being. If you don't want to hear the popping noises please let us know. We aim to assist you with your health in your journey through life.

Our Canberra Chiropractors listen, we connect with you to find out what it is you want and we take time to do thorough testing including motion x-ray analysis. X-rays are bulked billed.
We establish a health baseline and develop a care plan that is customised to your unique needs.
Our Canberra Chiropractors will encourage you to take an active role in your recovery by discussing low inflammation food choices, implementing a tailored programs such as stretching and strengthening exercises, rehabilitation and teaching you about healthy spinal habits.
